CORD co-principal and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula was last night kicked out of a Kenya Airways plane.
According to reports, the senator failed to produce his identification card which apparently is a requirement. The senator was supposed to be on the 8:30 pm flight to Mombasa.
Reportedly, his ID card was in a bag which his driver had already taken to Mombasa.
According to CORD insider Philip Etale, Wetangula even produced his frequent flyer platinum card, but KQ staff could hear none of it.

Wetangula was accompanied by National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi and his senate counterpart Ekwe Ethuro plus a host of other senators. Their efforts to talk to the crew had not borne fruits by the time of going to press.
