1. Caroline Mutoko has a very unbalanced body. Despite her beauty, there are so many “defects” on her body. For instance, she doesn’t have an appendix and she is long sighted in one eye. She is hyperopic in her right eye, it twitches when she gets tired. Caroline has a bigger and lighter right leg. Whenever she buys shoes, it is her right leg that she uses first when trying the new shoes.
2. Her mom gave her the second name “NDINDA” because she went to the hospital on 2nd of January to deliver her only for Caroline to be born on 4th thus the name Ndinda. (Ndinda means skipping/coming late in Kamba or something close to that, am not very sure)
3. The first job Caroline ever had was an office messenger (of cause a very cute office messenger). She used to work for a company on Baricho road called Kirinyaga West; located right next to where Homeboys is today. Caroline used to write cash sales on the counter, answer phones, drop invoices and statements, pick up cheques and take them for banking among other typical duties that an office messenger would do. (It’s unbelievable how far she has come to be who she is today)
4. Caroline’s first job on radio was at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC). She worked for KBC English Service where she used to do pre-recorded cookery show for Unga Limited. Bruce Odhiambo (the current chairman of Youth Enterprise Development Fund) was the one who used to record Caroline’s show.
5. Now this one will shock you; believe it or not, Caroline used to be called “a Walalo” (a Somali) back then when she was in High School. (Really! Caroline of all the people) The reason behind her name was that she used to be very skinny. Her body shape plus her hair texture made her to be called “that Somali chic”
6. (BONUS)The last thing you didn’t know about Caroline is that she is an absolute light weight when it comes to alcohol. Caroline disclosed two glasses of wines would get her dancing on the table. She revealed she would be nursing the same glass of wine for about 3 hours if she goes out.
