It is only a matter of hours after President Uhuru assented the security amendment bill 2014 into law, a passenger bus has been attacked by suspected Al Shabaab militia in Nyangoro area, Witu. The bus was headed for Lamu from Mombasa.
Security personnel have launched a hunt for the attackers who reportedly escaped into a nearby forest, as is always the case when such incidents occur.
Lets hope the new laws will help the president and the Kenyan government curb moore attacks from this terrorists.
