Celebrated Sports anchor, Mike Okinyi lost his four year old son yesterday.
Taking to his Twitter page, the Citizen TV anchor announced the passing of his son saying,
“It is with great sadness that i announce the demise of my boy Twani Kitwana.....he was a fighter but lost battle today. @10003Warriors”
According to a source close to Okinyi, Twani who was to turn 5 years in May, succumbed to complications from sickle cell anaemia.
Messages of condolences have been flowing from friends, relatives and well-wishers.
