So what kind of abuses Allan Wadi, A.K.A Lieutenant Wadi did that led to him being arrested,so has it come to this,how can one came to develop this much hatred to extent of recommending death to a fellow human being?Well The lad was arrested on New Year’s eve in Uganda as he attempted to apply for Ugandan citizenship. According to Dennis Itumbi, Wadi was arrested in Uganda within Samia Bugwe South County; Bulwenge ward; Busia District; Buhehe Sub county Mudiho village where he was applying for Uganda citizenship.
