There is panic in the Jubilee Alliance after a newspaper associated with President Uhuru Kenyatta ran a headline story linking his deputy, William Ruto, to a Sh 28 billion scandal.

The story which was the cover story of the People Daily suggested that the DP may have masterminded a questionable deal amounting to Sh28 billion to build a new hospital next to Eldoret’s Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.

The story attracted a lot of reactions with many Kenyan abusing Ruto and his family over the tender.

But even before the day was over, Health Cabinet Secretary, James Macharia, said that there was no such scandal in his Ministry.

“The evaluation is ongoing. No costs have been determined yet. Therefore, the so-called Sh17 billion or Sh28 billion contracts does not exist,” Macharia said in a statement to the press.

Immediately after Macharia’s statement, Ruto’s sycophant and Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, claimed that there was a ploy to draw a wedge between his boss and Mr Kenyatta, and portray the former as unworthy of his high position in Government.

“This is another of our opponents’ tricks. They want to portray the DP as very corrupt by linking him to every scam,” Murkomen said.

He concluded by saying that Ruto’s political detractors want to portray the Deputy President as corrupt and use his ICC case to convince Mr Kenyatta out of the Jubilee Coalition deal that will see the President support Mr Ruto in 2022 for the top job.

n a recent study by scientists,the most dangerous positions couples take during sexy have been revealed.
One of the most common sexual positions has also been dubbed the most dangerous by a group of scientists. The woman-on-top position during intercourse was deemed responsible for half of all penile fractures sustained during sex in cases recorded at three hospitals, according to researchers in Brazil.

Scientists say this may be because the woman controls the penis with her entire body weight landing on it and is unable to interrupt it when it suffers a ‘wrong way penetration’. The harm is usually minor for her and with no pain - but major in the penis.

Positions involving the woman on all fours was involved in 29 per cent of fractures. Meanwhile, the safest position in the bedroom was revealed as the man-on-top or ‘missionary position’.

The authors examined the cases of the 44 men who attended three hospitals in the city of Campinas, Brazil, with a suspected fractured penis over a thirteen year period. Forty-two of the cases were confirmed by doctors.

Twenty-eight fractures were sustained during heterosexual sex, four during homosexual sex, six after “penis manipulation” and four in circumstances which remain unclear.

Half of the patients described hearing an audible crack and feeling pain after the incident. Most attended hospital within the next five or six hours.

The authors noted that the injury is relatively uncommon and can cause embarrassment among those who do suffer a fractured penis, meaning they often put off seeking medical treatment.
The paper concluded: "Our study supports the fact that sexual intercourse with 'woman on top' is the potentially riskiest sexual position related to penile fracture.

"When the man is controlling the movement, he has better chances of stopping the penetration energy in response to the pain related to the penis harm, minimising it."

Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has confessed to having been bribed by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, severally to dump former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and CORD.

Speaking during a funds drive for Wote Seventh Day Adventist Church (SDA), Kalonzo revealed everything Uhuru/ Ruto have been doing to him in secret to have him severe links with Raila Odinga.

He noted that the President and his Deputy have been pestering him and enticing him with huge cash to kill the Opposition and render Raila Odinga useless but they are yet to bend him.

“I am not for sale,” Kalonzo told Uhuru/ Ruto.

“I am not ready to receive money from Jubilee that is poisoned chalice which they try to offer me with conditions. My morality cannot be compromised,” he added.

Kalonzo vowed to stick with Raila Odinga and Moses Wetangula saying he would rather die than join Uhuru/ Ruto’s Government.

“My conscience and dignity is clear and national interest is more important than an individual which is why I will not bend down to corruption,” He said
