After the president declared a tough war against corruption,Kenyans were filled with hope and joy as they thought their country will forever change for the better but it has now emerged that one of the people named by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and whom he allegedly forced to resign last week actually left office seven years ago.
Francis Oyatsi, who was listed as the Managing Director for Nzoia Sugar Company was suspended in 2008. He sued the Government over wrongful dismissal and was awarded sh13.5 million in damages.
